JRE 1.6 not found Error while installing BI Publisher

If you have received above error while installing BI publisher on windows 7, please install JRE for 64 bit Windows not 32 bit. Then try installing BI publisher 32 bit.  It worked for me.

Peoplesoft: Prompts not working?

Setid based prompts require a row for current setid to be present in SET_CNTRL_TBL and a row in PS_INSTALLATION if anything deleted in them check if this is the reason prompts not working.
